Position information
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and navigate them through their journey with the developed platform.
You will collaborate with our clients, helping them with the initial setup of the platform, onboarding them to the product, and maintaining good relationships with them. You will respond to smaller technical questions, as well as guide more complex assessments of requirements to build and upsell additional features.

Comfortable working under pressure from clients and able to juggling easily between different deadlines and tasks
Fluent in German and English

Solid knowledge of building digital products
Managed different clients, ideally in the educational sector
Ideally, you might also have:
Worked with a learning management system before
Experience with creating digital learning materials
Worked with clients as Key Account Manager

What you can expect at Kiron …
Your journey:
After your first month, you will be fully onboarded and introduced to our current clients as a contact person.
After three months, you will understand the structure of the platform,be familiar with all processes at Kiron, and update and document the knowledge and processes.
After six months, you will fully understand the complexity of our platform in the broad context, assess our clients’ complex requirement, supervise the student assistant and transfer ideas into tangible materials for scalable client support
After 1 year, you will have full ownership of strategic issues for current and new clients, as well as upselling procedures, and will create scalable materials to support the them.

Your compensation:
A transparent wage model provides the framework for salary decisions at Kiron. Ranges are based on the job category (e.g. software engineers, fundraisers), and the level of experience and responsibility expected of the role (junior / entry-level, professional / experienced, senior / expert, team / content lead). The final salary offer is made considering the candidate’s experience and expected contribution.
The range foreseen for this role is between 3500 - 4500 Euros / monthly.
You can also expect: 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, remote working arrangements, 5 days of educational leave per year, team-building activities and opportunities for professional development.
