Kiron Open Higher Education gGmbH is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 with the mission to enable access to high-quality education for refugees and underserved communities through digital solutions. Our team of Kironistas is international, agile and thinks out-of-the-box. We are education experts, techies, designers, project managers, communicators, grant writers, researchers, coffee-drinkers, innovators and dreamers, all united in our passion to democratise digital education.
In order to achieve our goal, we are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated new colleague who can create a strong narrative that clearly speaks to our multiple stakeholders (students, donors, and partners).

… you will maintain Kiron’s image and create content to support in fundraising, student recruitment, and partnerships, use your digital expertise to build awareness online and draw on analytics to improve our performance.

This is what you can expect…
After your first month, you'll complete your onboarding process, learn the ins and outs of Kiron’s current comms strategy and its limitations and an overview of the communications channels.
After three months, you will have established a good routine, proactively present new ideas, know key stakeholders, operations, and lead communication with co-workers and partners.
After six months, you will have established a streamlined workflow, operations, and communication with co-workers and partners, and will have taken complete ownership of the digital marketing strategy, including content creation and social media.
After one year, you will have a solid grasp of your role as a digital marketing manager, as well as a clear understanding of how you contribute to the overall success of the organization and process improvement.
