About the Role
We’re looking for a Labour Market Specialist / Researcher - Freelance (all genders) ideally with expertise in the tech and/or digital economy sector within the DACH region. As a key consultant, you’ll help us ensure that our learning programs stay in sync with the latest industry trends and skill demands.
Your Profile
- Researcher with strong knowledge of the labor market in the DACH region.
- Previous experience researching the topic of labor market integration, especially analysing barriers and success factors for workforce integration of migrant populations, especially women.
- A good understanding of skills frameworks and competency mapping (preferably in the context of tech education or HR).
- Experience with recruitment practices and understanding how employers assess candidates.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

Please note that the assignment is scheduled to take place from April 2025 to October 2025, with an estimated total of 10 working days required. Candidates are expected to provide their proposed fee as a lump sum or based on standard daily or hourly rates, with the amount quoted as gross, inclusive of taxes and other applicable charges.
