About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Student Assistant (SHK) to join our Programs Team and contribute to supporting learners and ensuring the smooth implementation of our educational initiatives. This is the perfect role for a self-starter who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving access to education for underserved communities.

Your Tasks

Student Support & Communication 

  • Respond to learner queries via email and other platforms.

  • Create engaging newsletters and campaign communications.

Content Implementation

  • Upload and update educational content on our Learning Management System (LMS).


Event Coordination 

  • Support in organizing online webinars and other virtual events.

  • Collaborate with volunteers and external speakers for program activities.

Your Profile

Required Experience

  • Enrolled as a student at a German university.

  • Passion for effective communication and strong organizational skills.


Required Knowledge

  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Canva, LMS, formatting, and basic layout).

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).


Bonus Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluency in German, Arabic, Turkish, or Ukrainian is an asset.

  • Experience working with educational platforms or creating content

  • Knowledge of Refugee Integration: Understanding of the education and refugee integration sectors, particularly labor market integration.
