About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Accountant and Project Controller to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and Senior Controller to oversee accounting processes and financial control for the organization. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with German accounting standards, and being the go-to person for any financial questions from across the team.

Essential Experience:
Required Qualifications:
Completed vocational training (e.g., Steuerfachangestellte), degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly under time pressure.
Knowledge of financial software such as DATEV (experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online is a plus).
Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges independently and in collaboration with teams.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (C2) and German (C2).
